My first coaching opportunity arose while I was recovering from a knee injury sustained whilst playing premiership rugby for Harlequins in 2018. I found huge inspiration from the growth of the women and girls game and continued to coach when I returned to full fitness. After retiring from playing in 2020, I began coaching full time and have since held roles in community club rugby, college and university rugby as well as the talent development pathway and the professional game. Alongside my current role at the City of Oxford College, I am the Head Coach of the Thames Valley Centre of Excellence as well as Assistant Defence and Forwards Coach with Trailfinders Women in the PWR.
