I transitioned from playing to coaching due to injury and began coaching in both grassroots and performance pathway environments, working with boys and girls for several years at Sale Sharks Academy and Cheshire Rugby.

In 2022 I founded an elite women’s 7s programme. This has given me a wealth of knowledge and experience thanks to managing and coaching premiership and international athletes.

I am currently an Assistant Coach at the City of Oxford College and the Thames Valley Centre of Excellence. I am also the Head Coach of the Oxford Brookes / Harlequins Women’s Partnership.
