Josh has achieved many qualifications whilst attending college including FA Level 1 in Coaching Football, Youth Work Level 3, and Coaching in the Community Level 2 and 3.
Due to his hard work and commitment, Reading FC Community Trust offered Josh a part-time post coaching young people football, including working with vulnerable young people and hosting birthday parties at RFC.
